Customers should provide high quality artwork for their signage. Vector artwork is preferred for maximum quality for printing.

Because our goal is to provide our customers with fast signage, artwork files uploaded by customers will be printed as is. This means that artwork will not be adjusted for any colors, imperfections or quality. We strongly recommend that customers review their artwork before uploading, and ensure that it is to size that their signs face will be, so no pixelation occurs.

Vector art file formats are graphics files that store an image's lines, shapes, and colors as mathematical formulas. This allows users to edit the individual components of an image without having to redraw the entire thing.

Vector images can also be scaled to nearly any size without losing quality, making them ideal for printing large posters or other images. Programs that make vectors are, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, Corral, and FlexiSign.

Blade Signs Direct prints all artwork as is provided by the customer. This means that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the graphic they upload is up to the quality they expect. If all you have is a JPG or PNG image, and have no way to convert this into a vector, Blade Signs Direct will print as is provided.

Currently, we offer six industry standard colors for sign exteriors. We do not offer other paint colors at this time. If you wish to paint your sign yourself, please note that this will void any refund or exchange eligibility.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. This incudes Alaska and Hawaii.

Blade Signs Direct will have your sign packaged and shipped out within a week from the date the order was placed. The only exception to this is out of stock items, or orders placed on federally recognized holidays, in which case, orders will be placed at the earliest convenience.

Once a package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. From there, the postal service selected will give you an estimated date and time of arrival.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return signs must adhere to the following conditions:

• The sign has not been installed onto any walls, both interior and exterior
• The sign has not been modified outside of Blade Signs Direct parameters

Blade Signs Direct does not issue refunds for signage that was denied by city planning. If you need information on city planning guidelines, reach out to your city planning office, or a local sign shop.

Signs that are damaged during shipping and handling may qualify for a return and refund. Please reach out to us with the details of the issue for further guidance.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). If extended times occur, please reach out to us.

Depending on the scenario at hand, Blade Signs Direct may exchange your purchased sign for a new sign. Please reach out to us detailing your request for an exchange, and we will get back to you.

Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Upon arrival of your sign, please do a thorough inspection to ensure that no damage has occurred during the shipping and handling process. In the event you find any damage or electrical errors within your sign in the first 30 days of receiving your sign, you are eligible for a return/exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for refund. Damages done by customers after 30 day return/exchange window are non-refundable. 

Customized colors outside of Blade Signs Direct's designated colors on design interface are non-refundable. If you repaint or reface your sign with customized features, your sign is no longer eligible for return/exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items .

All Close-Out/Special sale items are non-refundable. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
